Mainstream division unites dance, swing, and jazz orchestras – the big bands. Our purpose is to support the activities, presentation and education of the orchestras and its members. We want to inform the orchestras about the competitions and festivals in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.
It is our goal to improve cooperation among ensembles, orchestras from elementary art schools and academies.
We would also like to present the activities of our own orchestras.
We aim to support especially the young generation of musicians who value the aesthetic importance of music to the extent they choose to invest their free time into it.
